Chelsey enjoys treating all human beings. She recognizes that every body is different and working with those individual challenges and concerns is important for success. Do you have swelling, lymphedema, lipedema, daily aches and pains, old injuries, any surgical recovery, “Weekend Warrior’s”, athletes, etc? Truthfully, she works with anyone who has a heartbeat.

Chelsey grew up in the snowbanks of Northern B.C. as an avid athlete, playing slowpitch, basketball and volleyball. She played a year of College basketball at Grant MacEwan College (now University). Outside of Massage Therapy and MLD, she can be found outside, indulging in all snacks and eats, moving her body, or hanging with her family.

Education

Chelsey attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000-hr program in New Westminster, B.C. and was registered in BC in 2012. She has since had the opportunity to practice , Alberta and Newfoundland and Labrador.

In 2017 she completed obtained her Certified Lymphedema Therapist (MLD/CDT) designation through Dr. Vodder School International. Although a hand injury drew her to the certification, it deepened understanding potential benefits MLD can have for all bodies. She has applied MLD on a variety of patients, including oncology care, pre- and post-surgical recovery, lymphedema, lipedema, headache relief, stress management, and more!

Chelsey is a member in good-standing with the MTAA.

Parking: Three designated parking spaces, 1 being accessibility, are available directly in front of the building.

Entrance: A simple gate opens to a paved lot approximately 20 feet long leading to the front entrance.

Interior Access: Upon entering the main door, there is a staircase with 7–10 shallow, wide steps. A sturdy hand railing is available for support.
